Anaheim Hills is the area located at the eastern side of the Anaheim city. It is covered by the Yorba Linda , Orange and Villa Park includes Peralta Hills and East Hills in Orange County, Southern California. This community is almost 8 miles long and 2 miles wide and there are almost as many as 30,000 houses in this area . The housing inventory in this area is comparatively up and the prices have decreased resulting in attracting more and more real estate investors. The median prices of the houses sold this year was $685,000 to $745,000 depending on the community in which the houses were sold . This figure increased to 103 in March 2007 and at present there are almost 33% pending homes.

The average time that houses stay on the market has come down to 65 days. However there are some listings that have even been there for 200 days but finally were sold. There are some houses in Anaheim Hills that were sold in as less as 30 days . Some of the properties that were sold had to be reduced in the price whereas on the other hand there were some houses whose prices had to be increased. It is difficult to say how log the house would be in the market before it is sold .

At present there are almost 89 attached homes in the Anaheim Hills real estate market. Almost 55% or 49 houses in the active listings are in escrow .The town houses in this area are the most looked for and as compared to other types of accommodation they sell well . For attached homes the price ranges from $350,000 to $844,900. These homes vary in sizes and also in the facilities and the view that they have.

Homes that were priced at over $1,000,000 have slowed down in the sale. There are still 7 pending houses and 44 that are still active. There are almost 22 houses that have been listed under the price of $1,300,000. For detached houses with 3 bdrm-2 baths, 1335 sq. ft., 2 car garage the range is from $589,900 to $7,500,876 for 7 bedm/7.5 bath, 8,000 sq. ft., 14 car garage, in exclusive gated communities.

At present there are almost 14 active listings for detached homes under the price of $600,000. There are 55 homes that are listed between $6000,000 to 700,000 almost 49 homes in the $700,000\'s which is closely followed by 41 homes in the $800,000\'s and 20 properties in the $900,000\'s.

It is seen that most of the houses found in the central region of the community were built in the 1970\'s.
